The Coolest Cooler first appeared on Kickstarter in 2013. It flopped and failed to hit the funding goal. A year later their second attempt at Kickstarter came with a shiny new launch video. Days later, backed by 60,000 paying customers, the Coolest Cooler broke Kickstarter’s all-time funding record grossing over $12 Million in funding. This video was built from the ground up to relate with the fundamental pain points shared by most Realtors within Agentology’s target audience. Set to the music of Adele’s hit ‘Hello’, “Zillow? It’s Me.” proved to be a viral sensation capturing the attention of over 11% of US Realtors with over 220,000 views. Most importantly, this Traction Video didn’t just build an immense volume of awareness and brand following, but yielded a multitude of new customers who had yet to hear of Agentology prior to the video launch.

Gryfin launched a traction video to humorously convey the illusion they had been around for much longer than they actually were, building legitimacy, while establishing a refreshing brand voice which showed they weren’t too full of themselves either.
